Description
The work specified herein shall be for the removal and/or encapsulation of asbestos containing materials by
competent persons trained, knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of abatement, handling and disposal
of asbestos containing and asbestos contaminated materials and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated
areas, who comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and are capable of and willing to
perform the work of this Contract.
