Description
The project is located at 1 Al Henderson Drive, Savannah, GA at the Henderson Golf Club. Some of the cart bridges and concrete paths are in need of restoration. The actual bridges and cartpaths to be rehabilitated will be identified by the Owner prior to the beginning of work. The work consists of the following: a. Removal and replacement of bridge decking material and disposal of discarded material. b. Evaluation and possible removal and replacement of the bridge joists and disposal of discarded materials. c. Evaluation and possible removal and replacement of the bridge rails and supports and disposal of discarded materials. d. Removal and replacement of sections of the concrete cart path and disposal of discarded material. e. Sod areas disturbed adjacent to the concrete cart pathThe MBE/WBE goal for this project is a combined 30%. Bonds required.
