Description

The North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) is responsible for administering State tax laws enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly. NCDOR operates thirteen (13) Service Centers across the State and employs staff in seventeen (17) states to provide customer service to citizens and entities on a variety of tax issues. NCDOR administers twenty-five (25) tax types and handles over 3+ million taxpayer interactions each year. NCDOR is relocating all office furniture, IT equipment, and other office items from its Service Center located at 301 McCullough Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262 to the NCDOR off-site warehouse located at 3301 Terminal Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604. DBE/HUB participation encouraged. Questions due 10/6/21.
