Description
This project is looking at the buildings’ exterior doors only for upgrades to the security card readers and making sure they meet ADA requirements. This project is a continuation of this work from phase one. This project encompasses a number of buildings. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with work in buildings identified as part of the “Base Bid” as outlined in the plans & specs. Including but may not be limited to the LC “Losee Student Success Center”, the CS “Computer Sciences and Engineering”, and the GT “Gunther Technology” buildings. Bonds and Insurance required. Subcontractor lists due 10/19/21 by 3:00 pm emailed to: [email protected]
