GGC Tennis Court Resurfacing, Gwinnett County, GA

The Georgia Gwinnett College is soliciting services to resurface tennis courts. The Tennis Court contractor will supply all labor and materials to complete the following project. GGC will provide all water and power for the Tennis Court Contractor. Contractor to provide locked storage for all of their equipment, materials and supplies. Location is shown on the attached site plan. Hours of work are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; due to the fact of the work is adjacent to residential neighborhood. IFT 2 speed for court surface will be installed on all courts. All products will be factory mixed, no site mixed products will be allowed. This is not applicable for any 2-part epoxy compounds. Contractor will be certified by the product suppliers. Provide certification documents in bid package. Contractor bidding the work will be the actual contractor and installer. Sub-contracting any work needs to be submitted to GGC Facilities for review and approval, prior to starting work. List any sub-contractors in the bid package, list their scope of work, experience, insurance and bonding.
