he Project will result in repairs to tank roof rafters, framing connections, overflow pipe support, interior ladder, and other items of Pine Mountain Ground Storage Tank located at 1446 Beaumont Drive Kennesaw, GA 30114. The time allowed for Final Completion and readiness for final payment is 100 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement. The Work will be awarded in one Contract. pre-qualification of bidders is required. Only Bids submitted by properly pre-qualified Bidders will be opened.
