Citywide On-call Plumbing Services, Roswell, GA

he City is seeking request for proposals (RFP) for on-call plumbing services for its facilities and buildings. This will be a citywide on-call service contract including but not limited to the following departments/divisions: Building Operations Division of Administration Department, Water Distribution Division of Environmental/Public Works Department, and Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department, and the Fire Department. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance, repair, renovations, and installations pertaining to waterlines, drain lines, pipes, faucets, shower valves, water heaters, related fixtures, and any other components requested by the City. Based on the evaluations of the proposals review it is the intent of the City to enter into a three-year services contract agreement with one (1) Contractor (single award) and to subsequently execute time and materials or fixed price “task order” assignments in accordance with the general service agreement for specific work and services described in this RFP.
