Description
Citywide Roof Inspection and Maintenance Services. The City is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of buildings, including offices, fire stations, police division offices, terminals, and equipment shops, that house various City activities. The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals and award Contracts to *two or more Companies for the provisions of Citywide Roof Inspection and Maintenance Services on specified inspection schedules, and also for on-call, as needed services for unscheduled inspection services, minor roof maintenance, and repairs.
