*New Bid Date* Instrumentation and Electrical Bay Enclosures, Supply NC

Brunswick County is soliciting bids to enclose two (2) bays and install four (4) roll-up doors on the Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) groups outside storage/work area located at the Brunswick County Public Utilities Operation Center, 250 Grey Water Road NE, Supply, NC 28462. Alternate #1 consists of enclosing three (3) bays and installing six (6) roll-up doors. A more detailed Scope of Work is provided in the Notice to Bidders. Brunswick County may negotiate and refine a final Scope of Work with the selected bidder. Any changes to the Scope of Work will be made in the form of an addendum hereto that will be supplied to all known interested bidders and posted on the County’s website. This project shall be completed within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Scope of Work is to include, but is not limited to: • Enclose Two (2) Bays approximately 40’x50’x16’ with 26ga White Sheathing and 26ga Blue Sheathing Trim • Install Four (4) 12’x14’ Roll Up Doors (motor operated) • Install Two (2) Steel Entry/Exit Doors • Install 6” Vinyl Backed Fiberglass Roof Insulation • Install 4” Vinyl Backed Fiberglass Wall insulation All materials, erection fees, permit fees, concrete cutting, etc. to be included in the bid. Bidder to contact Brunswick County Central Permitting to confirm what permits and plans will be required. All electrical work, including acquiring the electrical permit, will be performed by County staff.
