Description
The equipment should be a turn-key hardware and software solution. Partial bids will not be accepted. All parts, equipment, installation, integration, cabling, rewiring, software, hardware, training, travel, warranties, and support plans must be provided and described in the proposal. Equipment must be capable of maintaining data integrity and business continuity. Proposals should also include license, warranty, and support for at least three years with 24/7/365 telephone and email support.
