Description
Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, materials,
supplies equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes,
necessary to remove litter and debris from State highways within Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Luis
Obispo, and Santa Barbara Counties. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Questions due 09/30/21. Term is through 11/14/23. DBE incentives.
