Description
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials,
equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam
cleaning services at the Sacramento DMV field office (approximately 97,026 square feet of paved
parking surfaces and parking lot) for the term of this Agreement. Term is through 10/31/24. Questions due 9/30/21 by 10am. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
