Description
This Agreement is entered into by and between the Employment Development Department,
hereinafter referred to as the EDD, and TBD, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, for
the purpose of providing Quarterly Preventative Forklift Maintenance and “As Needed”
Repair Services for the EDD facilities located at 1733 Sports Drive Sacramento, CA 95834
