Description
Work under this contract includes the construction of a new sanitary sewer pump station on a City owned parcel (4493 Hayesville Drive NE) to replace the existing adjacent Hayesville Sewer Pump Station currently situated in Right-of-Way which is under Marion County's jurisdiction, construction of a sanitary sewer force
main, construction of an off-site emergency overflow, and construction of waterline improvements. The pump station site work includes a wetwell and associated vault/manhole structures, a control building, an on-site emergency generator, site electrical including instrumentation and controls, radio monopole, all associated piping, site drainage, paving, fencing, landscaping, and all other appurtenances. Bonds, insurance & prevailing min wages apply.
