Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide plumbing services to Caltrans-owned properties within the Counties of Los Angeles and Ventura, primarily on the Route 710 Gap Closure corridor consisting of the El Sereno area of the City of Los Angeles, the City of South Pasadena, and the City of Pasadena. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 2/14/22 with one, one-year, extension options. Questions due 10/04/21.
