Description
The Quarter Circle Drive Canal Piping Project consists of installing approximately 2,200 feet of 42” HDPE DR 32.5 pipe within an existing irrigation ditch. Additionally, a headworks structure will be built at the origin of the pipe and a discharge headworks structure will be built at the termination point of the pipe. There are no road crossings to be completed. This project is located in Nibley, Utah and starts near the intersection of US 165 and Quarter Circle Drive and ends near the intersection of 250 West and Quarter Circle Drive. The canal does run along several back yards in a residential area and will require tree. This project is funded by US Bureau of Reclamation, Utah Division of Water Resources, Utah State Agriculture Department and Nibley Blacksmith Fork Irrigation Company removal and vegetation clear and grubbing. Project is to be completed by March 15, 2022 and substantially completed by March 1st, 2022. A winter shut down will be expected.
