Description
The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“MNCPPC”) (herein collectively described as “Owner”) desires to contract with a Design/Build contractor for planning, design and construction for replacing the existing tennis bubble and systems with new pneumatic fabric structure, correct all roof drainage problems, provide a new mechanical system(s), and lighting system at Fairland Sports and Aquatics Complex - Replacement Tennis Bubble Facility, 13950 Old Gunpowder Rd Laurel, MD 20707 (herein referred to as “Project”). Q&A due by 3pm, 10/14/21.
