Description
This project consists of a Base Bid that includes approximately 363,064 square yards of CQS LM 50/50 with two (2) Parking Lots included in the Base Bid and two (2) Alternates. Alternate 1 consists of approximately 25,377 square yards of CQS LM 50/50. Alternate 2 consists of approximately 26,335 square yards of square yards of CQS LM 50/50. This project is expected to begin in the Fall of 2021, weather permitting. It shall be understood that Lake Havasu City is under no obligation to award this project. Project Completion Date: 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is September 29, 2021 by 3:00pm. Bonds required. Bonds required.
