Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by the Insurance Adjusters Summary. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Housing Authority Director. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. All Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed" and be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed." Deadline for questions is October 14, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds required. Bonds required.
