Description
The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, apparatus, facilities, material labor, and skill necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Oakland Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project ("Work") as shown in the Technical Specifications and Project Plans in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable law.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
