Description
Mill / remove existing asphalt pavement down to original base material; Fill / repair or adjust base material to allow for proper drainage of final pavement surface; Install a total of 2” of new asphalt pavement; Roll and compact new surface; and Restripe entire parking lot allowing for two ADA compliant parking spaces;
The total area of the parking lot requiring repaving is approximately 1,110 Sq Yards.
The paver section of the lot is approximately 685 Sq Yards. This is only to be cleaned and restriped.
Specifications consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete the parking
lot repairs. Bonds required. Bonds required.
