Description
The Base Bid work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment
and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work
shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily
limited to the following: Removal of the existing hung ceiling, Removal and replacement of the existing duct work and associated appurtenances, and Removal and replacement of the existing Roof Top Units. Bid Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Replacement of the existing drop ceilings and grid work of all ceilings removed. Substantial completion date: May 30, 2022. Final completion date: June 30, 2022.
