Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Plumbing Services and Maintenance/Repair Services for VDOT Fredericksburg District Complex. Bidders are not required to bid on all three (3) lots. This is a Time and Materials Contract. For bidding purposes, the Fredericksburg District will be broken down into three (3) Lots as follows: Lot 1: District Office Lot and Fredericksburg Residency: Caroline, Spotsylvania and Stafford; Lot 2: Saluda Residency: Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews and Middlesex; Lot 3: Northern Neck Residency: King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond County and Westmoreland. One year contract. Q&A due by 5pm, 9/30/21. SBE goal 42%.
