Description
The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a one-time solicitation to obtain a fixed price per tree, to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance and supervision to conduct Tree Felling at Crow’s Nest Natural Area Preserve (CNNAP), located in Stafford County, Virginia 22554. Award will be made on a grand total basis. Micro Business Set-Aside Award Priority. Prior to bidding in this program a site visit is required, if one has not already been conducted by bidders in this program. Bidders shall meet with the Natural Area Preserve Steward at the parking lot located at 2500 Brooke Road, Stafford, Virginia 22554. Please contact Mike Lott at 540-498-0494 for an appointment. You MUST sign in for your visit to be recorded. Vendors who previously attended the site visit conducted on August 26, 2021 are not required to visit a second time, but may if they so choose.
