Description

Rockingham County is soliciting bids for all materials, labor, equipment, taxes, permits for qualified contractors to install silicone roof coating system on our Governmental Center (371 NC 65, Reidsville NC 27320) and Stoneville Library (201 E. Main Street, Stoneville NC 27048). The Governmental Center roof area is approximately 30,300 square feet, and the Stoneville Library is approximately 5,200 square feet. Contractor should include granulized walking area of 2100 square feet in estimate. All work to be performed by roofing product manufacturer certified contractors and provide a 20-year material and labor warranty to the County upon completion. Contractor to follow all specifications included in the RFP. Substitutions will not be allowed without the written permission of Rockingham County. MWDVBE Goals.
