Description
It is the intent of the City of North Port to purchase water and wastewater treatment chemicals on an as required basis. Chemicals shall be primarily utilized by the North Port Utilities Department (hereinafter referred to as NPU) and shall be delivered to various job sites within the City. Any water or wastewater system that NPU constructs or acquires through contract operations or direct purchase shall receive the same price structure.
