St. Mary’s County Government (County), Office of Procurement is soliciting competitive bids for carpentry services modifications and improvements at various St. Mary’s County Facilities in accordance with instructions received from the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). This Contract will be based on time and materials in carpentry repair, modifications, and improvements consisting of all labor, materials, hand tools and equipment required to complete the job.
