Description
The contractor shall furnish all snow removal equipment, operators, insurance, gas, oil and maintenance for equipment and all sand, salt and all other incidentals necessary to clear and remove snow and ice from all parking areas and roadways located on the grounds of the Louis L. Goldstein Building, 200 Duke St, Prince Frederick, Maryland, 20678, which is managed under the authority of the Department of General Services, Facilities Operations, an agency of the State of Maryland. This contract period for this detailed specification is for the three (3) year term beginning November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2024 for three (3) year contract term. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement for which award is limited to certified small business vendors.
