Description
DHCD, a principal Department of the State, is seeking the services of a qualified firm or individual to perform HQS Inspections on an as-needed basis for its federal Housing Choice Voucher Program throughout the state, but primarily in the counties of Kent, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, Talbot, Somerset, St. Mary’s, Garrett, Washington, and Allegany, Maryland, and a small, approximately three hundred (300) unit tenant-based rental assistance program with units primarily leased in the Baltimore and D.C. Metropolitan area. Contractor may be asked to perform additional inspections throughout the State, for other DHCD programs, and on an as-needed basis; any such inspections will follow the same protocol. Contract period: 3 years with no option periods. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/30/21. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement for which award is limited to certified small business vendors.
