Description
The principal items of work include demolition of an existing building and construction of an approximate
27,000 square foot, two story, new administration building. There will be site work, consisting of a new
parking lot, landscaping and shoring of the existing hill. This building will complete the intersection of
Haymaker and South Water Street and the connection to the Portage Bike and Hike Trail. Work will take
place on the site while still allowing for the Fire Department to continue in full operation. Insurance applies.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
