This quote is to include the Metal Building and the erecting of it. A complete building from beginning to the end except the slab, HVAC and Electrical. The location will be on county property located at the Public Works area 1 15 McDonough Rd. Fayetteville, Ga. 30215. This will be the delivery site for the metal building as well. The site is available for inspection Monday — Friday excluding holidays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The existing building (see map) will be removed entirely by the county. There will be 15' between the existing building and the new one. There will be no barriers on the three sides, so you will have plenty of room to get the equipment around the new building. The County will pour the footing and the slab. The successful contractor will be available to answer any questions if needed when the County is pouring the slab. A county permit is required for construction.
