Description
The Queen Creek Unified School District No. 95 is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the CMAR services for the Early Childhood Center AT Eastmark High School. Work includes preconstruction and construction services. General Project Scope: The district intends to construct a single-story, 10 to 14 classroom early childhood education center for preschool-aged students. The building will be located on the Eastmark High School campus. The design is based on an existing prototype. The project's substantial completion date is June 30, 2022, with an opening date of July 21, 2022.
