Description
The Queen Creek Unified School District No. 95 is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the CMAR for the Junior High Addition - EHS. Work includes the preconstruction and construction services. The district intends to construct additional classroom space as well as an additional courtyard and covered outdoor eating space. The building will be located on the Eastmark High School campus. The building could range between 6,000 and 50,000 square feet. The project's substantial completion date is June 30, 2022, with an opening date of July 21, 2022.
