Description
The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design and complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdale's Dove Valley Water Line 56th to 64th Street. Generally, this project will require cost estimating, provide value engineering and constructability review, design potholing (as needed) and sequenced construction of approximately 7,200 linear feet (LF) of new 12" ductile iron pipe (DIP) waterline, valves, water service connections, fire hydrants, air release valves (ARVs) and ITS Fiber conduit and pull boxes along the Dove Valley Road alignment. It is the goal to complete construction of the new 12" DIP water line between 56th Street and 60th Street during Summer 2022, during school summer break (Cactus Shadows High School). Deadline for questions is October 8, 2021 by 5:00pm.
