Description
The Project consists of: Selective kitchen and bathroom upgrades (new cabinets, counters, fixtures, electrical updates), selective door replacement, selective exterior improvements (asphalt paving repairs, ADA concrete ramp and railing repairs, selective fence replacement), renovation of existing ADA unit to bring it into compliance with current MAAB regulation (kitchen & bath upgrades). 9 typical units, 1 ADA unit (10 total). General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction. Sub bids will be received until October 6, 2021 at 10:00am. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trade Plumbing and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement. M/WBE goal is 10.4%.
