Re-bid Fabricated Metal Channel Sign Brackets, Multiple Locations, IL

Agency is seeking a Vendor to supply metal fabricated channels and hardware on an as-needed basis. The fabricated metal support channels and hardware on an as needed basis. Metal shall have the following characteristics- Commodity number 3333-630-0196. Metal fabricated channel 1 5/8 X 1 3/16 X 20 Steel or aluminum, drilled and flanged for framing. All commodity items shall comply with the Illinois Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted April 1, 2016, ART. 720.02. These commodities are used on a regular basis by the Agency’s Division of Highways for sign bracing. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon execution and end twelve (12) months later. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60. Subject to the maximum total term limitation, the Illinois Department of Transportation has the option to renew for the following terms: one 12-month term.
