Description
The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, open cut sewer pipe replacement, manhole replacement backfilling and paving, and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The Work shall be substantially complete by August 31, 2022, Post Substantial Completion Punchlist complete (all Work except final paving) by September 30, 2022, and final paving complete (ready for final payment) by June 16, 2023.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
