Description
Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts, material, equipment and other items necessary to perform all aspects of the Cypress Trails park tennis court resurfacing project in accordance with the attached bid documents. The contractor shall remove existing coatings, pressure wash, repair cracks and damaged areas with filler, grind displaced areas and cracks, repair concrete (where applicable) and grind repairs flush with courts, resurface courts and paint new lines to city specifications. Contractor shall provide dust control and daily cleanup.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
