Description
The project consists of repairing and replacing concrete box culverts, reinforced concrete pipe, concrete headwalls and wingwalls, and cleaning and reshaping existing ditches, in accordance
with the contract documents, technical specifications and plans. The Town of Refugio, Texas encourages bids from small, minority, and female owned businesses (HUBs/His- torically Underutilized Business).
All contractors and subcontract- ors must be cleared with the System for Award Management
(www.SAM.gov).
