Description
It is the intent of this contract to remove four (4) rooftop units and replace them with four (4) new packaged rooftop units at the specified location. The work shall include all associated demolition rigging, piping, equipment, electrical equipment, controls, insulation, patching, painting and related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in these specifications to provide a complete and fully operational installation. Q&A due 3 days prior to bid.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
