Description
Sealed, single prime bids for the new construction of two pole buildings with associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, masonry and concrete work. The Town of Huntersville will handle all clearing, grading, erosion control and installation of stormwater conveyance measures. The only grading that the contractor will be responsible for is for the two building pads
