Description
The Work of this Contract may consist of the following: Install new flooring, paint, furnishings, casework, and equipment. Create smaller
meeting room and IT help desk reception area. Install casework at kitchenette area, open office, and break room. Add walls to provide acoustical separation between public, office, and staging area. Replace ceiling tiles in east rooms and repair ceilings where damaged (Additive Alternate #1). Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Linda of Sugimura Finney Architects at [email protected] on or before October 12, 2021 at 3 pm.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
