*New Bid Date* Holiday Ice Rink Foundation at Red Hat Amphitheater, Raleigh NC

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers who can set-up a sandbox foundation to support a seasonal ice-skating rink inside Raleigh’s Red Hat Amphitheater located at 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh, NC 27601. Each year there is a three-day window for the service provider to set-up a laser level surface (55’x105’) to place the ice rink upon. The foundation will be a compacted sand base topped with smooth clear masons or bank -type sand. The area where the sandbox will be set is nearly level in width. However, the length has slope of approximately 5%. Additional details are provided in Section 5.2 Contractor’s responsibility. The ice rink foundation will be set-up each year in November after the Amphitheater’s convert season, and removed in January, at the end of the operational season. The following operational dates are provided for planning.
