The project consists of: Shingle removal and decking and glulam repair of two shelters roofs for the two (2) 40’ x 65’ Raleigh II shelters. The existing park shelter is an EnWood shelter, and this project is to specify Enwood products or “approved equal” to match existing material. No fire retardant. - 2x6 Fascia with nails Shingles, felt, and drip edge may be purchased from other sources. - 30 yr architectural shingles (color TBD by Owner), 30# felt, drip edge and nails. Clean up debris (especially roofing nails on the ground) and remove from site at end of each workday. Safety fencing may be required if work each day is not secured or completed to keep others from accessing the site.
