Fisher Street Park Relocation & John Stokes Garden Improvements, Raleigh NC

The project consists of: • Demolition and grading of the existing Fisher Street Park located at 324 N. Fisher St., • Site construction of the relocated Fisher Street Park at 1605 Pender St., Raleigh, NC; • Landscape site improvements to John Stokes Memorial Garden at 1600 Pender St., Raleigh, NC. • Amenities will include basketball court, pathways, and other paved areas; seatwalls and retaining walls; sidewalks within the right-of-way; site lighting; fencing; and landscaping. • The scope of work includes site grading and drainage; water and electrical connections; the installation of site structures and shelter provided via a separate City of Raleigh purchase order; the installation of site furnishings provided directly by the City of Raleigh; and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. • A playground equipment installer will be contracted via a separate contract for the installation of a new playground within the project site. Contractor will be required to coordinate with playground equipment installers during the course of the project. MWBE Goals.
