Description
The work consists of replacing approximately 1,200 linear feet of existing 148-inch diameter
steel and concrete pipe crossing the Casa Loma Fault Zone, installation of 2 parallel barrels of Metropolitan-furnished 104-inch diameter earthquake-resistant ductile iron pipe (ERDIP), installation of 148-inch diameter Metropolitan-furnished steel pipe and fittings to connect the ERDIP to the existing Casa Loma siphon, welding, applying cement mortar lining, disinfection, site restoration, abatement of hazardous materials, and other work as specified and shown on the drawings. DBE is 20 Percent. Term is 350 working days. Questions due 10/26/21 by 4 pm.
