Description
It is the intent of these specifications to outline the project and scope of work required for a Partial Roof Replacement at the Township of Wayne Municipal Building located at 475 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. The Township is interested in replacing sections of the roof that are in need of replacement as shown by continued large leaks. These sections to be done are the Administrative wing and the Maintenance hallway. The building’s roof is over twenty-five (25) years old, and has been patched on numerous occasions over many years.
