Description
New Construction: The proposed budget allocation from SPLOST is $360,000. Additional funds may be allocated from the Town’s general fund. • The proposed building will be approximately 2,500 SF. (requirements listed in bid documents) • The building site to be developed is approximately 1 acre. “Turn-key” services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Professional Services, including land surveying; geotechnical testing; civil engineering; landscape architecture; architecture; interior design; structural; mechanical/plumbing; electrical engineering. Respondent represents that all tasks will be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards and further represents that the advice and consultation provided shall be within its authority and capabilities as a professional, complying with the regulations, laws, ordinances and requirements of the jurisdiction having authority. • Permitting of the project, including paying required tap fees • Site work (grading, drainage, detention, utilities, erosion control, paving, landscaping) • Building Construction and Interior Finishes • HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical • Close-out services, including submitting record drawings, warranties, and operations and maintenance manuals.
