Description
The Town of Ramapo is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the Maintenance of HVAC Service Contract for JTS. The period of the contract shall be for 1 year November 1ST, 2021 through December 31ST, 2021, with an option to renew for 1 additional year, provided such extension is mutually agreeable to both the Town and the Contractor.
