The Town of Braintree DPW is soliciting Vendor Quotes from licensed and qualified asbestos contractors for the removal and disposal of sheet goods; asbestos containing pipe insulation, vinyl asbestos tile (VAT) flooring and mastic at the following locations in Braintree, MA: 546 Washington Street, Braintree, MA: Proper abatement and disposal of pipe insulation containing asbestos in multiple locations on first and second floors within the building, approximately 740 lineal feet. Proper abatement and disposal of approximately 66 sq/ft of boiler breaching and 95 linear feet of pipe insulation containing asbestos. All measurements are approximant and Contractor shall verify all quantities. This bid is to remove all asbestos pipe insulation and breaching coverings within this building. The Contractor must be prepared to complete all work within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
